Where do you ship in the UAE?

We ship across the UAE – be it in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah or Umm Al Quwain.

Do you ship in the GCC?

We ship in KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman – charges and delivery lead times may vary.

In How many days will I receive my order??

If you are based in the UAE, you can choose between express delivery charge (order received the same day if placed before 4pm) and standard delivery charge ( order received 1-2 days). Delivery lead times vary for other GCC countries. 

Can I get free delivery for my order?

Delivery is FREE for orders over AED 200 (UAE) or AED 300 (GCC). Otherwise, standard/express delivery charges apply.

How will I know when my order is on its way to me?

We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. We will also give you a call to arrange the most suitable time to deliver your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can. However, if the shipment has gone out from our facility then rerouting charges apply based on how far the location will change to.

How do you notify the client about delivery?

Do you email that delivery is on the way / courier calls them? Email will be sent from our and the courier will call while he is on the way to the client.

Do you request ID from clients upon delivery?

You may be asked to provide some form of ID upon delivery.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

This will depend on your location – please check the payment options available on the website.

The order reached me but the product was damaged or defective. What should I do?

In the case of damaged or defective product, you should email us at info@euphoriaisbliss.com , describing the nature of the problem, along with photos that depict the damage/defect. We will then review the claim and refund accordingly. Please note that we can only accept such claims within 72 hours from delivery, and the products should be kept in their original packaging and state, should we arrange for their return.

How can I return a product?

Please note that we do not allow product returns. Refunds are applicable only in the case of damaged/defective goods.
